Luigi Di Liegro. Un prete romano
This is a video-historical essay realized by the Piccola officina di videostoria on the existential itinerary of don Di Liegro, animator of the Roman Caritas. It runs from his early vocation to the experiences in Belgium at the JOC, from the suburbs of the capital to the assignments at the vicariate, from the conference on the evils of Rome to his commitment to the last, the poor, gypsies, immigrants, and AIDS patients, from television debates to the eviction of Pantanella, and, finally, from the insults of the respectable to the friendship with Pope John Paul II. The documentary was broadcast on Rai 1 on 30 May 2010 within the Special Tg1 TV7.
